As a general educational model at all times and in all countries, model education has been occupying an important posi- tion in the field of education, especially the moral education. ＂The Most Beautiful Phenomenon＂ is essentially a moral practice of the Socialist Core Value System from the perspective of moral sociology. Different from the traditional model education, ＂the Most Beautiful Phenomenon＂ brought the traditional knowledge ＂moral domain＂ back to the daily life world, which changes the traditional model edu- cation without life. Under the background of governing the country by law and practicing the Socialist Core Value System, social moral education should go gradually from the model education to community spirit cultivation, and not only take the initiative to make the core value system reside in the new media world, make people widely recognize the mainstream moral and ethical values, but also actively guide people to practise core value system in the occupational groups and in the life of the community in order to realize the unity of moral consensus and moral action.
