应用流式细胞术对墨吉对虾(Penaeus merguiensis)、南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)、斑节对虾(Penaeusu mnodon)三种对虾的血细胞类型进行了比较研究。根据其血细胞的前向角散射光(FSC)和侧向角散射光(SSC)特征的不同将血细胞分群,FSC和SSC二维图分析表明三种对虾的血细胞都可分为三个亚群:透明细胞、小颗粒细胞、大颗粒细胞。同时还对各种类型血细胞所占比例进行了比较研究,发现各个亚群血细胞所占组成比例在三种对虾之间具有相似性。其比例均为:小颗粒细胞最多,约为45%-49%;透明细胞次之,约为26%-28%;大颗粒细胞最少,约为10%-12%。
Haemocyte classification of three species of shrimps(Penaeuz merguiensis, Penaeus vannamei and Penaeus monodon)were studied by flow cytometry. The haemocytes were divided into three subpopulations according to forward light scatter( FSC)aud side light scatter(SSC) signals from each individual. The haemocytes were classified into three distinct subpopulations: hyalinocytes, small granulocytes, and large granulocytes in the three species of shrimps. The percentages of haemocyte subpopulations of the three species of shrimps were compared. It was found that the ratios of haemocyte subpopulations among the three species of shrimps were similar. Our study on the abundance of the different haemocyte subpopulations in the three species of shrimps showed that the small granulocytes were the predominant cell type(45% 49% ), followed by hyalinoeytes(26% - 28% ), and large granulocytes( 10% - 12% ).
