上海、长沙、张家界是长江经济带上三个重要的旅游城市,且旅游业发展具有较强的互补性。在分析三地旅游互动的基础、现状以及存在问题与障碍的基础上,提出三地旅游互动机制构建的基本思路,主要包括确立合理的旅游分工体系、打造旅游互动的要素基础、创新旅游互动发展机制、建立多元化的协调机制等,以期为促进以制度整合导向为主要引擎的三地旅游深度合作与联动发展,同时也为我国非相邻区域大尺度空间范围内城市型旅游目的地互动关系的构建提供一个基础性架构和可资借鉴的理论范式。

英文摘要：

There is broad complementarity in the development of tourism industry between Shanghai,Changsha and Zhangjiajie,which are three important tourist destination cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt in China. Association of tourism economy between the three cities are propitious to the optimization of China’s economic spatial order,the expanding of touism market and the sustainable development of tourism industry. At the same time,the superposition of tourist attractions and travel products, the complementarity of location and function,the interdependence of tourism development constitute the fundamentals of interactive development for tourism industry of the three cities. There are also some problems for the joint tourism development between the cities such as low socio-economic connection degree,relatively poor accessibility as well as the gap of tourism development level. Based on above analyses,the paper puts forward tentative suggestions for construction of interaction mechanism between the three cities, which include the separation of functions,integration of interregional tourism productivities , innovation of development models , establishment of coordinated mechanism,etc.,with an aim to secure an overall and sound development of tourism industry of the three cities, and to provide a universal pattern for the interregional cooperation between similar tourist destination cities in China.
