研究细脚拟青霉RCEF0788菌株抑制单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性产物的培养工艺。结果表明,综合MAO抑制率和发酵液提取物得率情况,较合适的氮源为酵母粉和蛋白胨;较合适的碳源为麦芽糖和乳糖;适宜的pH值为6.5。正交设计结果验证该菌株抑制MAO活性的最佳培养工艺为20 g.L^-1酵母粉,20 g.L^-1乳糖,10 g.L^-1蛋白胨,10 g.L^-1麦芽糖,1 g.L^-1磷酸二氢钾和1 g.L^-1硫酸镁,26.5℃,培养9 d。
This paper is concerned with optimization of culture conditions for the highest MAO inhibitory activity production by Paecilomyces tenuipes RCEF0788.The results showed that yeast extract and peptone,maltose and lactose were suitable nitrogen,carbon,respectively,and the initial pH6.5 was suitable.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal concentration and culture conditions for the highest MAO inhibitory activity production by RCFE0788 were 20 g·L-1 yeast extract,20 g·L-1 lactose,10 g·L^-1 peptone, 10g·L^-1 maltose, 1 g·L^-1 KH2PO4 and 1 g·L^-1 MgSO4 ,26.5℃ for 9 d.
