以已知核苷为标准品,并与冬虫夏草生药作对比,采用反相高效液相色谱法对蝉拟青霉RCEF1081、蛹草拟青霉RCEF0845、戴氏绿僵菌RCEF0772、长座被毛孢RCEF0717菌丝体中主要核苷类化学成分进行了比较分析。结果表明,蝉拟青霉中虫草素和鸟苷含量较高,分别为0.5752mg/g、0.2225mg/g;长座被毛孢中尿苷和肌苷含量较高,分别为3.8024mg/g、4.5146mg/g;戴氏绿僵菌中胸苷和腺苷含量较高,分别为4.9514mg/g、3.9360mg/g,且均远远高于对照品冬虫夏草生药中的同种核苷含量。
Composition of nucleosides from stromata of Cordyceps sinensis and mycelia of Paecilomyces cicadae RCEF1081, P. militaris RCEF0845, Metarhizium taii RCEF0772 and Hirsutella longissima RCEF0717 were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that cordyecepin and guanosine in P. cicadae were high, and were 0. 5752 mg/g, 0. 2225 mg/g respectively; uridine and inosine in H. longissima were high, 3. 8024 mg/g, 4. 5146 mg/g respectively; thymidine and adenosine in M. tail were high, 4. 9514 mg/g, 3. 9360 mg/g respectively. The contents of the nucleosides was many times more than those in C. sinensis.
