疾病的发生往往伴随着炎症反应,并进一步加剧病情,因此炎症研究对疾病的控制和治疗有重要意义。受体相互作用蛋白3(RIP3)是炎症反应的关键分子,在炎症的发生、发展过程中起到重要作用。其中,一种形式是RIP3在肿瘤坏死因子、干扰素、脂多糖或病原微生物的刺激下,通过诱导坏死性凋亡介导炎症反应;另一种是RIP3促炎因子产生而引起的炎症反应。
Diseases are often accompanied by inflanunation, which will further aggravate the progression of the diseases. Therefore, researches on inflammation have important implications for the control and treat- ment of diseases. Receptor-interacting protein 3 ( RIP3 ) plays an important role in the occurrence and devel- opment of inflammation, which is mainly divided into two forms : one way is that RIP3 is stimulated by tumor necrosis factor,interferon,lipopolysaccharides or pathogenic microorganisms to induce inflammatory reaction via necroptosis;the other is that RIP'3 can directly promote the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines to induce inflammation.
