为了探讨数学模型在污水处理厂中的应用,以ASM2D模型为基础,结合北京高碑店污水处理厂的实际运行数据,对其A/O工艺辅助化学除磷进行了模拟。结果表明,在不改变模型缺省参数的情况下,模拟结果与实测值基本吻合,COD、总氮、硝酸盐氮等出水指标的模拟值与实际值的误差率均小于10%。调整参数kPRE和kRED后,模型可以很好地模拟曝气池化学沉淀除磷效果,尤其在停止加药后,能够很好地反映出水TP的升高情况。在实际生产中,当水量、水质发生波动时,模拟结果对控制投药量有一定的参考价值。
In order to explore the application of mathematical model in wastewater treatment plants, the A/O assisted chemical phosphorus removal process of Beijing Gaobeidian WWTP was simulated based on the ASM2D model. The results show that without changing default parameters, the simulation values basically agree with the measured values with all less than 10% deviation for COD, TN and nitrate nitrogen. After adjusting parameters kpRE and kRED, the model can well simulate phosphorus precipitation in the aeration tank, particularly the increase of the effluent TP after the addition of chemicals stops. When the wastewater quantity and quality fluctuate, the model can help to estimate and control coagulant dosage.
