To solve the current situation of lack safe and legal part-time job platform, and confounding part-time job imformation in universities. The Visual Statdio 2012 selected as developing tools and SQL Sever 2008 adopted as database management develop a part-time job information system, which provides users with unique security authentication mechanism, a part-time job information evaluation mechanism between the employer, a prepayment mechanism of salary （i. e. Paid first and then work in part-time, similar to Taobao payment system）, and a part-time community. The system can effectively solve the existing issues of part-time job on campus and ensure a good user experience.
