The major academic viewpoints of 2012 annual conference of China Industrial Economic Association and conference on ＂resources, environment and industrial development＂ are reviewed in this paper, which involve theoretical frontiers of industrial economics; resources, Environment and sustainable development of industry; Exploiting and using of resources and environmental protection; Industrial structure, scientific and technologic innovation and utilizing efficiency of resources, etc. It reflects the new developments in current researches not only on resources, environment and industrial development, but also on industrial economics theoretically and empirically.
