英文摘要：

This paper applies two-sector model theory to build economic model of spillover effects between emerging industries and traditional industries. Econometric model was constructed and a multi-angle analysis framework was built from three dimensions-national,provincial and specific areas of emerging industries. With the panel data of 31 provinces （cities, regions） in China, analyzes and tests the existence and intensity of spillover effects of emerging industries on traditional industries. The result shows that emerging industries have a significant spillover effects on traditional industries, but there is a certain lag period. There are differences in spillover effects of emerging industries on traditional industries is different regions and specific industries. According to these results, it puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
