建筑所在地的局地微气候对建筑能耗有着重要影响,通过改善室外微气候来降低建筑能耗和提高室内环境质量已成为城市规划和建筑设计领域的一个重要方向。研究城市微气候与建筑能耗的相互作用关系可以为规划设计提供科学依据和建议。本文分别从实验研究和模拟研究两个方面详细回顾了城市微气候对建筑能耗影响的研究进展,分析总结了目前该领域研究的特点与不足,最后对迫切需要解决的问题和未来发展的方向进行了探讨。
The microclimate around buildings is a significant factor in building energy performance, in terms of urban planning and building design, it is important to reduce energy consumption by improving outdoor microclimate. The study of interaction between urban microchmate and building energy consumption can provide useful information for planners and architects. First, we reviewed the latest advances in the study of the effects of urban microclimate on building energy performance focusing on field experiments and simulation methodologies; and secondly, the advantages and existing problems of those studies were analyzed. In the end, the urgent needs and the future prospects of this field were discussed.
