以1990~2013年间发表在17本英文营销管理学术期刊上的有关Guanxi营销的106篇论文为研究样本,从论文研究领域分布、论文类型、作者信息、研究工具和论文引用量5个方面阐述了Guanxi营销理论近20多年来的研究进展。研究发现,1990年以来,Guanxi营销的研究整体呈上升趋势;研究领域主要集中在渠道、国际营销、营销环境热点话题、营销伦理与社会责任等方面;实证研究方法是Guanxi营销研究中的主要方法,实证数据收集以问卷调查法为主,实证研究样本则主要以大陆、香港地区为主;研究Guanxi营销的学者队伍中,华裔学者占据大多数;本研究领域最有影响力的论文大多采取比较研究的视角。
By taking 106 Guanxi marketing papers published in 17 English marketing management journals during1990 ~2013 year as the research sample, this paper summaries the research progress of Guanxi marketing theory from 5 aspects, these are research field distribution, type of thesis, author information, research tools and citations.The study found that: since 1990, there is obviously upward trend in Guanxi marketing research as a whole; the research field mainly concentrated on the channel, international marketing, marketing environment, marketing hot topic of ethics and social responsibility; the empirical research method is the primary method in studying the Guanxi marketing, data is collected by questionnaire; research sample is mainly from mainland and Hongkong;Chinese scholars is the major force in the research and the most influential papers tend to adopt the perspective of comparative study.
