Based on field surveys,this paper adopts Contingent Valuation Method（CVM） to assess non-use values of tourism resources in Qianfo Mountain scenic area.The results show： the ratio of tourists willingness to pay was 49.4 % in the sample tourists and the per capita values of willingness to pay was 20 yuan;to estimate non-use values in the year 2008 of Qianfo Mountain scenic area were 65.473 8 million yuan,option value,bequest value and existence value estimated were 17.350 6 million yuan,24.487 2 million yuan,23.636 0 million yuan respectively.It is not distinct in the relation to the numerical values of willingness to pay of sex,age and visitors sources,distinct relation of educational degree,high relation of career and monthly income.
