随着经济的发展和外贸依存度的不断提高，对外贸易和产业结构之间的联系随之变得深刻和复杂，开放条件下对外贸易对于产业结构的决定性作用越来越为人们所重视，具有现实的研究意义。本文运用VAR模型等计量经济学方法，对浙江省1988-2009年22年间对外贸易与产业结构升级之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究表明，对外贸易优化了浙江省的产业结构，但产业结构的优化并没有更好地促进浙江省外贸的发展。
英文摘要：
With economic development and increasing of foreign trade dependence, the connection between international trade and industrial structure becomes profound and complex. So it has realistic significance in the research of the decisive effect of the foreign trade and industrial structure. This paper chooses VAR model to make an empirical test on the relationship between international trade, and upgrading of industrial structure on the statistics of Zhejiang Province from 1988- 2009. The paper draws the conclusion that foreign trade of Zhejiang Province has optimized Industrial structure, however it doesn＇t promote Zhejiang＇s foreign trade.
