Based on the structure and characteristics of the high-tech service innovation network, it constructed the game model of decision of optimal platform openness. With the method of comparative static analysis, it revealed the in- fluencing mechanism of dominant enterprises＇ innovation capability and network control, network effects, complementa- ry enterprise＇ innovation capability, platform difference, as well as innovation capability and platform openness of the competitors on the decision of optimal platform openness of dominant enterprise. It concludes that ： there is a U-shaped relationship between dominant enterprises＇ innovation capability and optimal platform openness; both network control capability of platform leader and direct network effects have positive impacts on optimal platform openness; the influ- ence of indirect network effects and complementary enterprises＇ innovation capability on optimal platform openness de- pends on dominant enterprises＇ innovation capability; platform difference negatively affects the optimal platform openness; competitors＇ innovation capability and platform openness positively affect the optimal platform openness.
