脑震荡综合征是轻型外伤性颅脑损伤后常见的一组临床症候群。虽然大多数轻型颅脑损伤患者在一个月之内能治愈,但是部分患者在脑外伤后会持续存在脑震荡综合征达数月或数年,甚至终生。目前。关于脑震荡综合征的病理改变还不是很清楚,但是大家普遍认为脑震荡结局是功能的改变而不是解剖结构的改变。因此,应用功能性核磁共振技术就能发现结构性影像所不能发现的脑组织功能变化,对轻型外伤性颅脑损伤作出及时而准确的诊断。本文就功能性核磁共振成像技术在脑震荡综合征中的应用做一综述。
Post--concussion syndrome(PCS)is a common clinical sydrome following mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI). Although most of patient often cure within one month, some individuals PCS can persist from months to years following injury and may even be permanent. At present, the pathological changes following concussion remain unclear, but it is now widely accepted that concussion results mainly in functional disturbance rather than structural damage. Therefore, functional imaging techniques can help in demonstrating brain abnormalities undetectable by structural imaging methods, which will propitious to make a opportune and exact diagnose on mTBI. This paper will review the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in studies of post--concussion sydnrome.
