文章通过对近年来中医药对胃癌前病变（PLGC）的病因病机、分型论治、方药治疗及作用机制等方面文献进行研究,表明中医药治疗PLGC具有较好的疗效优势,然而也存在着一些不足,主要有病因病机认识的多样性,辨证分型的杂乱性,临床诊断标准的不统一性,同时对PLGC癌变趋势的预测研究相对较少,以及PLGC模型构建方法存在瑕疵等,这些都是亟待解决的问题。

This article through to research in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PLGC etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and clinical effect mechanism and so on. shows that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PLGC has good curative effect advantage,but,there are also some shortcomings,There are mainly the diversity of the etiology and pathogenesis of understanding,classification of syndrome differentiation and disorderly,clinical diagnostic criteria is not unity,at the same time of PLGC canceration tendency prediction research is relatively small,are defective and PLGC model building method and so on,these are the problems to be solve.
