基于C8051F124为核心的高速RISC单片机和TMS320C5416数字处理单片机芯片构成主从系统实现了旋转机械的现场和网络监测,同时还给出了系统的整体设计思想和软硬件构成方式,通过集成在μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统中的网络功能,还可以实现与远程监控站进行信号采集路径和信号数据的双向传输,通过现场测试和网络测试,验证了该系统的可靠性和稳定性.
Realizing the field and the network of the rotating machine based on the master slave system constructed by the C8051F124 high speed RISC MCU and TMS320C5416 DSP in this article, at this time the whole design idea and the structure of the hardware and the software is systematically introduced. Through the network function integrated in the μC/OS-Ⅱ real time operating system, the bidirectional transmission of the signal collected path and the signal data with the remote monitoring station came true. Through the field and the network debugging,the reliability and the dependability was validated.
