本文将March的双E创新理论引入到个体层次,将个体知识创新划分为改进型创新与探索型创新,并探讨自我监控水平对构建不同结构类型合作网络的影响,以及其在利用合作网络进行知识搜集与创新选择上的差异。认为高自我监控者易于构建富于结构洞的稀疏网络,并善于利用结构洞带来的信息优势发展出探索型创新;低自我监控者易于嵌入在闭合网络中,导致其更有利于发展改进型创新。
By introducing the March dual E innovation theory into the individual level,the paper divides individual knowledge into improved innovation and exploration innovation,and investigates the effect of self-monitoring level on different types of cooperation network in theory,and the difference in knowledge collection and innovation choice by use of cooperative network.The paper thinks high self-monitor is easy to construct a sparse network with structural holes,and can develop exploration innovation by information superiority coming from structural holes;while low self-monitor is easy to be embedded in a closed network,which is more conducive to the development of improved innovation.
