Maximal tree clustering method has a solid theoretic foundation and has been applied in various fields.However,its applications in sport statistics are still inadequate.In this paper,the application of the maximal tree clustering method in sport statistics is further improved to enable the audiences to grasp and apply it to solve the practical issue in sport statistics more efficiently.
