Research on evolvement rule of lung qi deficiency syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its complexed syndrome was reported rarely in domestic. In order to guide clinical application, expert consensus was formulated according to thinking of syndrome standard establishing, literature research and clinical survey, referring to statistical analysis and expert opinions, which had significant meaning to enhance clinical diagnosis and treat level.
