针对各种预防性维护方式在其维护周期的设置方面存在相互不协调而导致地铁车辆设备预防性维护成本增加的问题,基于预防性维护方式的多样性,在综合考虑保养、简单维修和更换等多种预防性维护方式相互关系的基础上,提出以等周期保养与变周期简单维修相结合的方法确定更换周期的地铁车辆单台设备预防性维护策略,并以单台设备在1个更换周期内的维护成本率最小为优化目标,建立维护模型,确定设备简单维修的次数和保养周期。以某地铁车辆设备为例,运用提出的预防性维护策略和维护模型确定该设备简单维修的次数和保养周期,并与采用传统的等周期维护策略下的维护成本比较。结果表明:保养采用等周期、简单维修采用变周期的预防性维护策略,并通过延迟维修惩罚机制,不但能够保证设备运用的可靠性,而且能够实现保养、简单维修和更换3种维护方式之间的协调,生成合理的维护方案,降低维护成本。
As for various preventative maintenance methods,the uncoordinated setting of maintenance cycle might lead to cost increase in the preventive maintenance for metro vehicle equipment.Based on the diversity of preventive maintenance methods,the relationship between various preventive maintenance methods,such as upkeep,simple maintenance and replacement was comprehensively considered.The preventive maintenance strategy for single equipment of metro vehicle was proposed,which integrated equal cycle upkeep and variable cycle simple maintenance,to determine the replacement cycle.With the minimum maintenance cost rate of single equipment in one replacement cycle as optimization objective,a maintenance model was established to determine the optimal simple maintenance times and upkeep cycle.Taking the equipment of certain metro vehicle for example,the proposed preventive maintenance strategy and maintenance model were used to determine the optimal simple maintenance times and upkeep cycle of the equipment,and comparison was made with the traditional periodic maintenance strategy.The results show that the preventive maintenance strategy of equal cycle upkeep and variable cycle simple maintenance should be adopted.By means of delay punishment mechanism,not only the reliability of equipment application can be guaranteed but also the coordination among upkeep,simple maintenance and replacement can be realized.Accordingly,reasonable maintenance scheme can be generated and maintenance cost can be lowered.
