针对传统铁路货车螺旋弹簧设计存在的不足,采用正交设计法进行了弹簧参数的确定.为实现弹簧性能和成本的最佳匹配,首先进行了刚度望目特性和疲劳强度望小特性的分析,建立了相关数学模型以此确定了弹簧的设计参数和误差因素.选用合适的正交表进行基于刚度和疲劳强度的内外表设计,根据信噪比分析确定各方案的优劣,从而最终确定最优设计方案;通过对信噪比的方差分析,得到各参数对刚度和疲劳强度的贡献率,以此确定出影响结果变化的显著参数.将该方法应用于某货车转向架弹簧的参数设计,并与采用试凑法得到的结果进行了对比,从而验证了该方法的可行性.
Orthogonal design method is adopted to design the parameters of the spring relative to the defect of traditional railway wagons' coil spring design. To achieve best match of performance and cost, model is first established based on stiffness' object-better characteristic and fatigue strength's small-better characteristic so as to determine the design parameters and error factors. Secondly, the appropriate orthogonal table is chosen on the basis of stiffness and fatigue strength, and best program is determined in accordance with the result of signal noise ratio analysis;the influence degree of various parameters on the spring stiffness and fatigue strength is determined by variance analysis of signal noise ratio to identify the main parameter.The method is applied to the parameters design of some wagon bogie's spring,the feasibility is verified compared by the trial method.
