为了研究热处理对FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5高熵合金的显微组织和摩擦性能的影响,对合金样品进行不同温度的热处理.利用球盘往复式摩擦磨损试验机进行干摩擦实验,研究了FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5高熵合金经575℃、685℃、875℃及1000℃热处理后的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明:热处理后合金出现富Cu相β和贫Cu相γ;随着载荷的不断增加,合金的磨损逐渐严重.热处理后偏聚于晶界的富Cu相口使得FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5高熵合金整体硬度分布不均,降低了合金整体的摩擦磨损性能.
Effect of annealing on the microstructure and friction and wear properties of FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5 high entropy alloys (HEAs) was investigated at different temperatures. By ball-on- disc reciprocating friction tester under dry sliding condition, the fraction and the wear behavior of FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5 HEAs were studied after heat treatment at 575 ℃, 685 ℃, 875℃ and 1 000 ℃. The results showed that the Cu-rich phase β and the Cu-depleted phase γ occurred after heat treatment, and the wear of FeCoNiAlCrCu0. 5 HEAs gradually became serious with the increasing of the load. The Cu-rich phase β segregated at the grain boundary after heat treatment, which resulted in the inhomogeneity of the hardness in FeCoNiAlCrCu0. 5 HEAs, and further decreased the friction and wear properties.
