陕北地区水资源总量偏少,时空分布不均,属于资源性与工程性缺水地区。研究区域供水工程线路,旨在实现区域水资源统一调度和科学管理,充分挖掘已有水利工程的供水潜力,提高区域供水保障程度,改善水资源时空分布不均的现状。首先采用比选法从施工条件、运行管理、供水安全、水质影响、技术难度5个方面对榆林市黄河近期供水工程线路方案进行综合分析;然后建立递阶层次结构,采用9级标度法得到B-A、C-B判别矩阵,采用层次分析法(AHP)研究榆林市黄河近期供水方案。两种方法的评价结果均表明:由大泉引黄给米脂、子洲、绥德工业区供水线路为最优方案。
Northern Shaanxi area is poor in total water resources volume and uneven temporal and spatial distribution,which belongs to the shortage of water resources and engineering area. Studying on the line of regional water supply project,this paper aims to achieve unified management of regional water resources and dynamic management,fully dig the water supply potential of existing water conservancy projects and improve the security of regional water supply and the current situation of temporal and spatial distribution of water resources. This study firstly used the comparison method to make a comprehensive analysis of the recent the Yellow River water supply projects line of five aspects of the construction conditions,operation management,water supply security,water quality impact and technical difficulty;then set up the hi erarchical structure,with 9 stage scale method to get B-A and C-B discriminant matrix and used Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to study the Yellow River recently water supply scheme. The comprehensive evaluation results of the two methods show that the Scheme III,i. e. the water supply line which drawing the Yellow River water from Daquan to the industrial zones of Suide,Zizhou and Mizhi counties is the optimal plan.
