目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒经外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)引起宫内传播的可能性。方法采用双重原位杂交(DISH)技术检测54名谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶M1基因(GSTM1)缺失型的新生儿(其母该基因为表达型)PBMC涂片中GSTM1和乙型肝炎病毒DNA。结果54名新生儿PBMC涂片中检出孕妇GSTM1信号34人,占62.96%;检出乙型肝炎病毒信号18人,占33.33%,检出2者双阳性信号15人,占27.78%。且母-胎PBMC转运与新生儿PBMC中乙型肝炎病毒感染有统计学关联(χ^2=9.96,P=0.002)。结论孕期孕妇感染乙型肝炎病毒的PBMC可通过细胞转运途径导致乙型肝炎病毒宫内传播。
Objective To understand the possibility of intrauterine transmission which caused by hepatitis B virus through the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC). Methods Double in situ hybridization (DISH)was used for detection of GSTM1 and HBV DNA in PBMC smear of 54 neonates, which the GSTM1 gene of newborns was deletion type and their mothers'was expression type. Results There was 34(62.96 % )positive signal of GSTM1 gene of pregnant woman, 18 (33.33 % )positive signal of HBV gene and 15 (27.78 % ) double positive signal of GSTM1 and HBV gene in 54 PBMC smear, the PBMC transportation from mother - fetus and HBV infection in PBMC of neonate had association( x^2 = 9.96, P = 0. 002). Conclusions The PBMC of pregnant women which infected by HBV could cause HBV intrauterine transmission through PBMC conveying.
