Learning and using language is always subject to certain classes of society and specific spatial background.The questionnaire and interview results show that the most difficulties which minority students learning Mandarin is： They are long isolated from the outside world of standard Mandarin speaking world;Lacking of language environment and psychological environment of learning Mandarin.Reasons for the low level of students＇ learning Mandarin are as follows： Missing the golden period of language learning,Lacking of motivation of learning Mandarin;Mandarin educational service which schools provide for them is lacking of humanistic care;Furthermore,traditional culture and the mainstream language also make them isolate from the environment of learning Mandarin.
