From the perspective of cyberspace security and data sovereignty, the author analyzes the laws and regulations relating to data sovereignty, studies the close relationship between cyberspace sovereignty and data sovereignty, data sovereignty and classified protection system. Pointing at the big data environment, especially aiming at the big data governance, the author initially discusses big data governance technical schema around data sovereignty from relevant theories, approaches, technologies for governance.
