英文摘要：

The reasonable pricing mechanism of rare earth was significant for the sustainable and healthy development of rare earth industry. The paper made some research reviews focused on rare earth pricing,including the state of market,bargain price,trading mechanism and rare earth pricing power. Some suggestions on rare earth pricing were made. The future research contents as suggested were as follows： the situations and pricing mechanism of rare earth,the reference of pricing mechanism of other resource products to rare earth,the requirements and objectives of reformation in pricing mechanism of rare earth and solution of pricing problem of rare earth.
