学科带头人的能力决定学科组织的发展速度以及学科组织的兴衰,是学科组织成长发展的核心。其能力主要包括学术研究能力、战略规划能力、社会活动能力、组织管理能力及创新变革能力。本文基于组织生命周期理论和国家重点学科的问卷调查分析,从学科组织成长四个不同阶段的特点出发,探讨学科带头人的能力问题,并提出了三点培养思路。
The competence of discipline leader, which mainly includes academic, strategic, sociable, managing and innovative capabilities, determines the development rate and the future of discipline. Based on the theory of life cycle and empirical analysis on discipline mainly supported by Chinese government, the paper demonstrates the relationship from characteristics of discipline at four different stages, and provides three methods for bringing up the competence.
