大学学科组织的成长可分为生成、生长、成熟、蜕变四个阶段,成熟期是学科组织成长生命周期当中的最高阶段。本文基于组织生命周期理论,通过问卷调查,分析大学学科组织成熟期的阶段特征,总结出国家重点学科的三个共性,并从八个方面分析了学科组织成熟的表征。
The development of discipline organization in universities has the four stages of generation, growth, maturity and transformation. Maturity is the highest development level of discipline organization in its life cycle. This paper, based on the theory of life cycle and the investigation on the construction of state key discipline, summarize the three common characteristics of state key discipline development, and points out the eight characteristics of discipline organization maturity.
