骨改建是由骨吸收与骨形成精密控制的生理过程,其中破骨细胞、成骨细胞分别是骨吸收、骨形成的功能细胞.生理状态下成骨细胞形成新骨与破骨细胞吸收旧骨处于平衡稳定状态,病理状态下成骨细胞和(或)破骨细胞的凋亡异常影响骨改建.Bcl-2 interacting mediator of cell death(Bim)作为内在凋亡通路上Bcl-2家族促凋亡蛋白,在骨改建中发挥重要作用.该文就Bim在成骨细胞及破骨细胞凋亡过程中表达、调节及骨改建中的作用予以综述.
Bone remodeling is a physiologic process tightly controlled by the halance of bone resorption and formation, and osteoclasts ( Ocs)" or osteoblasts (Obs) are the cell types responsible for these two bone metabolic process, respectively. Physiologically bone formation and bone resorption are in balance, and abnormal apoptosis of esteoclasts and/or esteohlasts would alter bone remolding under pathological condition. Bim is a Bcl-2 pro-apoptofic sub-family member and plays an important role in bone remodeling. Here is to make a review of the expression,regulation and function of Bim on Obs/Ocs during apoptosis.
