为了解封隔器胶筒及金属构架的受力情况并进行优化设计,用Marc非线性分析软件对该结构进行了分析计算,通过改变结构主要尺寸了解尺寸对分析结果的影响,采用响应面方法进行拟合.以封隔器胶筒最大主应力及金属构架的最大Mises应力作为综合目标,以合理的尺寸范围作为约束条件,建立优化设计模型,然后用二次规划方法求出最优设计,从而得到优化的结构.优化的胶筒最大主应力只有初始值的32%,金属构架的最大Mises应力基本不变,密封性能基本没有变化.
For the purpose of understanding the stress distribution in the sealing rubber and the metal component of the packer and optimization based on the analysis results, the structures are analyzed by using MARC nonlinear analysis software.
