针对传统风力发电机组叶片的载荷测试以及寿命预测分析的效率问题,设计了一种新型风力发电机组叶片载荷测试系统,利用POT极值理论结合GPD分布和威布尔分布对载荷谱进行外推,为疲劳检测提供可靠的极值载荷信息,并选用Miner线性累积损伤理论对构件进行寿命预测。最后利用FAMOS软件与传统测试方法进行对比,不但保证了测试的准确性,更使载荷分析与寿命预测的效率得到了提高。
Aiming at the efficiency problem of the load measurement and life prediction of wind turbine blades,a new test system of wind turbine blades loads is designed in this paper. Utilizing the POT extreme value theory which combines GPD distribution with Weibull distribution to carry out a load spectrum extrapolation,this system can provide reliable extreme information and forecast the life of blades with the Miner linear theory. The new method is compared with traditional test method by means of Famos at the last part of the paper. It is shown that the new system not only ensures the accuracy of the test,but also improves the efficiency of the load analysis and life prediction.
