风电的大规模快速无序投运,电网网架结构建设不配套,电网中的快速可调节电源不匹配协调,电力系统的客观规律及风电的不可控性、间歇性,以及电网中的快速可调节电源的容量限制,造成电网弃风情况越来越多。风电的不稳定性及随机性,造成对风电弃风电量的统计难度增加,统计存在偏大偏小问题。弃风电量将对后续风电开发产生影响,偏小可能加速风电建设,偏大则可能延缓风电建设。如何更好地进行风电弃风电量统计是电网公司和风电企业共同关注的问题。通过对风电场调度运行进行分析,提出了四种弃风电量统计方法,并对这四种统计方法进行了探讨、对比分析,得出了一种比较客观的统计方法,为正确评估风电弃风提供了技术参考和理论依据。
With the rapid and disorderly operation of large-scale wind power, power grid structure construction cannot match and the quickly adjustable power supply in the grid can not coordinate. Moreover, the objective laws of electric power system, wind power uncontrollability and intermittency, and the capacity limits of the quickly adjustable power supply in the grid, all these factors lead to the increase of abandoned wind power. The instability and randomness of wind power resuhs in the difficulty and accuracy in abandoned wind power statistics. The abandoned wind power will affect the future wind power development, so the lower statistics may speed up the construction of wind power; while the higher statistics may delay the construction of wind power. Therefore, it is a common concern for both the grid companies and wind power companies about how to make better statistics of the abandoned wind power. This paper, through the analysis of wind farm operation, proposes four statistical methods for abandoned wind power. Through discussion and comparative analysis, a relatively objective statistical method is formulated, providing the technical reference and theoretical basis for the correct assessment of abandoned wind power.
