采用Maxwell 2D有限元软件建立了传统阵列与Halbach阵列的1.5MW外转子永磁风力发电机的2D模型。在转子轭为导磁和非导磁材料的情况下,分别对三种不同充磁方式、三种不同永磁体结构的发电机进行了气隙磁场的对比研究。通过快速博里叶分解(STFT)得出了基波与高次谐波幅值,提出了Halbach阵列大型永磁风力发电机新的设计思路,以达到减轻电机重量、结构紧凑、节省成本的目的。
Using Maxwell 2D finite element software to establish the traditional array and Halbach array of 1.5 MW out rotor permanent magnet wind turbine generator 2D model. Under the condition of rotor yoke as magnetic materials and non conducting magnetic material, respectively to three different magnetizing methods, three kinds of different permanent magnet structure for the comparative study of air gap magnetic field, by fast fourier decomposition showed the fundamental and harmonic amplitudes. The new design idea of I-Ialbach array high capicity permanent magnet wind power generator was put forward, which could achieve the purpose of reducing the weight of the motor, more compact and saving manufacturing cost.
