当具有LVRT能力的风机投入运行时,将会导致传统的电压保护误动,扩大事故发生率,要求新的保护与之相配合。针对电网发生故障或波动引起的电压跌落,配合风电场LVRT的要求,提出在风机并网点采用多段式电压保护代替常规的电压保护,根据电压跌落程度,算出满足风电场LVRT要求时故障持续的最长时间。基于PSCAD软件,验证了多段式电压保护在不同故障类型、不同故障时间下的准确性。
When the fan with LVRT capability put into operation, it will lead to the traditional voltage protection mis-operation, expand the accident rates, that requires new protection match with it. For the voltage sag caused by power grid failure or fluctuation, cooperate with wind farms LVRT require- ments, use multi-segment voltage protection instead of conventional voltage protection at the grid con- nection with LVRT capacity fan. According to voltage dips, calculate the longest fault time and meet wind farm LVRT requirements. Based on the PSCAD software, to verify the accuracy of multi-segment voltage protection in different fault types and different fault time.
