对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/丙烯腈(AN)接枝膜的阻氧性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着接枝率的增加透氧率(P)下降,P从4.25mL·mm/(m^2·d)-F降到2.49mL·mm/(m^2·d)。接枝率相同时,低温下得到的接枝膜的阻氧性能更好。在PET膜表面接枝AN前后,其结晶度均为36%左右。聚合温度为90℃时,接枝链颗粒小、分布均匀;聚合温度为95℃时,接枝链颗粒大、分布不均匀。此外,高温和高湿度的环境中,接枝膜的阻氧性能均好于空白膜。
The barrier properties against oxygen of poly ( ethylene tetraphthalate) ( PET)/acylonitrile (AN) grafted films have been investigated. Oxygen permeation decreased from 4.25 mL· mm/(m^2·d) to 2.49 mL·mm/(m^2·d) as the grafting percentage of PET was increased from zero to 10 %. For the same grafting percentage, the barrier property of grafted film obtained at low polymerization temperatures was better than that obtained at high polymerization temperatures. The degree of crystallinity of the blank and grafted films was found to be 36 % in each case. The globular grains on the film were small and evenly distributed after polymerization at 90℃, whilst the size of the grains became larger and uneven at 95 ℃. The barrier properties against oxygen of grafted films were better than those of blank films in environments with relatively higher temperature or relative humidity.
