从企业家个人认知和心理特质因素对企业国际化重大影响视角,对105家中小企业进行了实证研究,探讨了企业家全球竞争压力感知这一高层管理者的心理和认知特质与企业国际化扩张行为的关系。研究表明,企业家全球竞争压力感知与企业国际化扩张行为具有倒U型关系,国际市场导向对企业家全球竞争压力感知与企业国际化扩张行为的关系具有调节作用。
At present, most research on internationalization of SMEs adopt theoretical frameworks such as the re- source-based view, transaction cost theory, the increasing knowledge-based views, or the risk management theories, while ignore the great influence of psychological and cognitive factors of top managers on their firms. Through the empirical research of 105 SMEs in Jiangsu Province, this article explored the relationships between entrepre- neurs' perceptions of global competition stress, a psychological and cognitive characteristic of top management, and the behavior of intemational expansion of their enterprises. The results demonstrated that an inverted-U shape curvilinear relationship between entrepreneurs' perceptions of global competition stress and the behavior of interna- tional expansion of their enterprises and international market orientation can be served as a moderator in this cur- vilinear relationship
