山西作为产煤大省，对煤炭产业的有效调整可以实现山西省的有效联动。叙述了应用数据包络分析方法，对煤炭资源整合过程中具有代表性的15家煤炭企业进行实证分析得出的技术效率和规模效率，提出了影响企业绩效的因素及改进的措施，以及煤炭企业资源整合发展的对策建议。
英文摘要：
As a big coal province, Shanxi can realize its effective interaction though the effective adjustment of coal production. This paper made an empirical analysis of 15 typical coal enterprises in the coal resource integration process on the basis of DEA, the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of these enterprises are obtained. At last, this paper elaborated the factors that affect the perforrnanee of these enterprises and improvement measures, further development suggestions of coal enterprise resource integration are put forward.
