文章以TLPF为基础,通过引入能源要素对传统的生产函数进行扩展,之后基于1978-2009年期间能源、资本与劳动力各要素投入产出的时间序列数据,运用RR方法,定量分析了各投入要素对中国经济增长的影响。实证结果表明:1979-2009年间,能源要素对经济增长做出了显著贡献,平均贡献率达到38.9%。文章认为应在发展低碳新能源的同时,提高能源综合利用效率,这对于中国实现低碳经济、节能减排目标与应对气候变化具有重要战略意义。
This paper takes TLPF as base,with leading energy element to expand the traditional production function,make use of RR to analyze the influence of energy element on the economic growth of China according to the energy,capital and labor data in 1978-2009.The results show that in 1979-2009 energy element contributed significantly to the economic growth and the average contribution is 38.9%.This paper argues that China should develop new energy of low-carbon and enhance simultaneously comprehensive energy efficiency,which will play an important strategic significance for China in realizing low carbon economy,energy-saving and emission-reduction target and addressing climate change.
