本文运用空间计量经济学的空间常系数空间滞后模型、空间误差模型、变系数回归模型——地理加权回归模型,对中国省域研发与创新的计量分析结果发现,中国31个省域创新能力的贡献主要由企业研究与开发投入实现,大学研发对区域创新能力没有明显的贡献,大学研发与企业研发的结合没有对区域创新表现出显著的作用。局域地理加权回归计量分析结果显示,企业研发能力和人力资本对省域的创新能力具有正向促进作用,寻求建立大学研发与企业研发之间的技术转移渠道和相互作用机制是目前大学、企业研发与省域创新联动面临的一个关键问题。
Using a spatial constant coefficient Spatial Lag Model and Spatial Error Model, and sp sion model which is called geographically weighted regression model which is called atial varying - coefficient regresregression of spatial econometric methods, a spatial econometric analysis on research and experimental development (R & D) and innovation of China's 31 provincial regions is performed, spatial econometric analysis is performed. The global estimation results discover that enterprise R & D has contribution to the innovation capability of China's 31 provincial regions while university R & D does not contribute obviously to the provincial innovation ca pability. The combination of university and enterprise does not have positive impact on innovation also. The local geographically weighed regression estimation results show that enterprise R & D capability and human capital have positive impact on the provincial innovation competence.
