利用AMPS-1D软件研究以P3HT:PCBM为活性层的异质结有机太阳电池的各项性能。仿真结果表明:器件的短路电流、开路电压、光电转换效率、载流子的复合率均随器件活性层厚度的增大而增大,但器件的填充因子和内建电场随厚度的增加而减小。温度影响开路电压,但对短路电流影响不大。通过曲线的拟合发现,填充因子随着活性层厚度的增加呈现一次指数衰减,光电转换效率呈现一次指数增加的趋势。
The AMPS-1D software was used to on the P3HT: PCBM as the active layer. The study the various functions of the heterojunction organic solar ceils based simulation results show that the short-circuit current, the open circuit voltage, photoelectric conversion efficiency and the recombination rate of carrier increase with the increasing of active layer thickness. But the fill factor and the built in electric field decrease with the increasing of thickness. The open circuit voltage is affected by the temperature, but the short circuit current was little impacted. Through curve fitting, the fill factor is presented an exponential decay with active layer thickness, but photoelectric conversion efficiency increases exponentially.
