可再生材料生命周期能耗算法研究

对可再生材料生命周期能耗算法进行研究,认为应考虑再生率对可再生材料能耗的影响,再生率由材料可回收率和再生损耗来确定;再生材料的能耗应按其使用寿命期分摊其原生能耗;材料生命周期能耗应考虑成型加工能耗和加工成材率的影响.提出了可再生材料生命周期能耗的新算法.对我国建筑常用金属材料生命周期能耗进行计算分析,结果表明型钢、钢筋、不锈钢管、铜管、铝型材的综合能耗值分别为1.17tce/t、1.47tce/t、2.3tce/t、2.85tce/t、4.43tce/t.

英文摘要:

Put forward a new calculation method of life cycle energy consumption for recyclable materials, based on the following opinions: ①The recycle rate of material, the machining energy consumption and machining wastage should be considered in the calculation of energy consumption of materials, ②the recycle rate of materials should be determined according to the recyclable rate, recycle wastage of the materials, ③the energy consumption of primary material should be shared to its recycle material over its lifespan. Calculated and analyzed the life cycle energy consumptions of metal materials used commonly in buildings in China. Comes to the conclusion that the material energy consumption for profiled steel bar, reinforcing steel bar, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe and profiled aluminum bar are respectively about 1.17tce/ t, 1.47tce/t,2.3tce/t,2.85tce/t and 4. 43tce/t.
