This paper introduces the architecture and functions of the mobile paper system. An implementation solution which is based on Java technology is proposed. A message container which can support multiple communication protocols and a mechanism that can load service function flexibly are designed in this solution. The high performance and flexible scalability requirements for the mobile paper system are satisfied.
