对两所学校256名初中生采用“初中生问题行为量表”和“情绪调节量表”进行调查,以探讨初中生的情绪调节策略与行为适应不良的关系。研究结果表明,男生情绪调节类型以消极型和灵活型为主,女生的以积极型和弱势型为主;不同情绪调节策略的学生在各种行为适应不良上存在显著性差异,主要表现在灵活型、积极型与消极型、弱势型之间;重新评价策略与行为适应不良存在显著负相关,表达抑制策略与大部分行为适应不良维度存在显著正相关,两种情绪调节策略对行为适应不良均具有较强的预测力。结论:初中生情绪调节策略与其学校行为适应不良的关系密切。
To examine the relationship between the emotional regulation strategy and behavioral maladaption of junior middle school students, "the Problem Behavior Scale for Junior Middle School Student" and "the Emotion Regulation Scale " were measured in 256 students in two schools. Results showed that the main emotional regulation strategies of male were negative style and flexible style, the ones of female were positive style and weak style. There were significant difference of students' various behavioral maladaption among emotional regulation strategies, it existed between flexible style, positive style and negative style, weak style, there was significant negative relationship between re-appraisal and behavioral maladaption, there was significant positive relationship between expressing restraint and most of behavioral maldaption, the two emotional regulation strategies had stronger influence on students' behavioral maladaption. Conclusion was that there was very close relationship between emotional regulation strategy and behavioral maladaption of junior middle school students.
