This paper introduces the concept of real-valued efficiency measure based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and discusses its relative properties. Based on the proposed efficiency measure, the Choquet in- tegral defined on intuitionistic fuzzy sets was studied, and its properties were given. The theory of non-ad- ditive measure and integral was generalized.
