多功能磁性复合纳米粒在生物医学上具有广泛的应用和巨大的潜力。首先介绍了二氧化硅、金银贵金属和荧光半导体核壳磁性复合纳米粒的应用前景,重点阐述了溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液法、自组装技术和种子生长法在制备核壳结构磁性复合纳米粒中的应用,分析了磁性纳米粒存在的问题,展望了其发展的方向。
Multifunctional magnetic nanoparticles have been widely applied in biomedicine and exhibit great advantages. Shell/core silica/Magnetic Particles(MP), Au(Ag)/MP and fluorescent semiconductor magnetic nanocomposite particles have attracted much attention and developed rapidly due to their excellent multifunction and great potential applications. In this review, the application of sol-gel, microemulsion, self-assembly and seed-mediated growth methods are discussed in detail. The problems and the developing tendency of the magnetic nanocomposites are analyzed.
