将TRIZ发明问题解决理论应用于螺母核级紧固件改进研究中,在分析螺母核级紧固件在打二维码中存在问题的基础上,提出基于TRIZ理论方法和步骤的解决方案。改进后的螺母核级紧固件能够很好的解决打码看不清和识别不了的问题,实现对螺母核级紧固件的质量追溯和全生命周期可查。
Applying the TRIZ invention problem solving theory to the improvement of the nut nuclear grade fastener, and on the basis of analyzing the existence of problems in marking the two-dimensional code of the nut core, a solution scheme based on the TRIZ is proposed in this paper. After improvement, the nut nuclear grade fastener can be a good solution to the problem that the code can not be seen and identified, so as to achieve the quality traceability of nut nuclear grade fastener and the full life cycle can be found.
