探讨了科学地评价瓷砖胶的抗滑移性能的方法,并在此基础上,从胶凝材料、聚合物、骨料等方面分析了各因素对瓷砖胶抗滑移性能的影响规律。结果表明,采用最大承受重量的指标可对瓷砖胶抗滑移性能进行定量评价,可操作性强。选取适当的灰砂比、掺入适量的高铝水泥或淀粉醚、优化骨料中0-0.15mm、0.3~0.6mm颗粒的含量,均有利于提高瓷砖胶的抗滑移性能。
This article first discussed evaluation of the anti-slip performance scientifically, and then studied the influencing rules of anti-slip property for cement-based tile binding mortar in terms of cementing material,polymer, and aggregate properties. The results show that maximum bear mass can quantitatively measure the anti-slip performance of tile binding mortar. Selected suitable cement-sand ratio,mixed with appropriate amount of alumina cement or starch ether and adjusted the content of particles in, aggregate between 0-0.15 mm and 0.3-0.6 mm content were very important means to improve the anti-slip performance for cement-based tile adhesive.
